All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details and tracking information.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Destinations

Oklaji currently ships throughout the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.

From time to time, Oklaji may offer Free Shipping promotions. These offers will be clearly displayed on our website when available.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after your shipment leaves our warehouse.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Contact us immediately if your order has not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.

  • Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping costs if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, occasional delays may occur that are outside our control.

Oklaji is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, our support team will be happy to help.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.

You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment if applicable.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
